This class can be used to open tooltips over given HTML page elements. The class generates the necessary HTML and Javascript code to make tooltips appear over the current page element. The tooltips may appear with a fade effect. The fade-in and fade-out time is configurable. The presentation of the tooltips is configurable using templates.
